• Level Up – Earn bonus points when you reach a new loyalty tier.

Redeeming your points is just as simple! Log in to your account, select your reward, and it will be automatically applied at checkout.

• 50 points = $5 off
• 100 points = $10 off
• 150 points = $15 off

Only one reward can be used per order.

Yes! You’ll earn points for in-store purchases, and you can also redeem your rewards when shopping in person. Plus, every dollar spent in-store contributes to your VIP tier advancement.

If your order is refunded or canceled, any points used for the purchase will be automatically returned to your account. Likewise, any points earned from that order will be deducted.

For tiers, Members who return or cancel a purchase that advanced them to the next tier will be downgraded to their previous tier.

Yes, your points will expire one year after the date they were earned. Be sure to use them before they are gone!

The VIP tiers give you access to better rewards and exclusive perks. When you spend $500, you reach Gold status, and when you spend $1,000, you reach Platinum status.

Once you reach Gold or Platinum status, you’ll keep it for the rest of that calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and all of the next year. During this time, you can continue making purchases to maintain your status before it expires. If you don’t meet the required spending threshold by the end of the second year, you’ll go back to Blue and start over.

Members who return or cancel a purchase that advanced them to the next tier will be downgraded to their previous tier.

We recommend creating only one Parke & Ronen Passport Rewards account to ensure you receive the maximum benefits. Points cannot be combined or transferred between multiple accounts.
