P&R Passport Reward Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the P&R Passport Reward Program ("Program"), operated by Parke & Ronen ("Company,"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Membership & Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Employees of Parke & Ronen are not eligible to participate.

1.2 Membership is free, and no purchase is necessary to enroll. To join, create an account at www.parkeandronen.com/pages/the-p-r-passport-rewards and start earning points.

1.3 By joining, you consent to receive Program-related communications, including updates, promotions, and account notifications.

2. Earning Points

2.1 Members can earn points in the following ways:

  • Sign Up: 50 points upon account creation.
  • Shopping: Earn points for every dollar spent, based on your loyalty tier.
  • Referrals: Receive $15 for every friend you refer when they place their first order!
  • Birthday Bonus: Customers earn points based on their loyalty tier on their birthday. To qualify, they must enter their birthday in their account at least 30 days in advance.
  • Social Engagement: Limited 1 time per platform.
    •   Follow on Instagram – 10 points.
    •   Follow on TikTok – 10 points.
    •   Like on Facebook – 10 points.
  • Leave a Review 5 points.
  • Level Up Bonus: Earn additional points when you move to a higher loyalty tier.

2.2 Purchases made in-store also earn points and contribute to VIP tier advancements. 

2.3 Points will be credited to your account once an eligible transaction is completed and verified.

2.4 Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another member’s account.

2.5 The company reserves the right to deduct points from accounts in cases of returned or canceled orders.

2.6 If an order is refunded or canceled, any points used for the purchase will be returned to your account, and any points earned from that order will be deducted.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1 Points can be redeemed at checkout as follows:

  • 50 points = $5 off
  • 100 points = $10 off
  • 200 points = $15 off

3.2 Only one reward redemption is allowed per order.

3.3 Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases.

3.4 The company reserves the right to exclude promotions and sales from being used with points at its sole discretion.

4. VIP Tiers & Benefits

4.1 The Program includes tiered rewards:

  • Gold Status: Achieved by spending $500 within a 12-month period.
  • Platinum Status: Achieved by spending $1,000 within a 12-month period.

4.2 Once you reach Gold or Platinum status, you’ll keep it for the rest of that calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and all of the next year. During this time, you can continue making purchases to maintain your status before it expires. If you don’t meet the required spending threshold by the end of the second year, you’ll go back to Blue and start over.

4.3 If a return or cancellation results in a member no longer meeting the requirements for their current tier, they will be downgraded to the previous tier.

5. Expiration & Account Termination

5.1 Points expire one year after they are earned.

5.2 If a member is inactive, with no purchases or use of points/rewards for over 12 months, Parke & Ronen reserves the right to deactivate the account and forfeit any accumulated points.

5.3 The company may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at our discretion if we determine a violation of these Terms.

6. Modification & Termination of Program

6.1 The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Changes may include modifications to earning structures, reward values, or expiration policies.

6.3 Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

7. Loyalty Account Limitations

7.1 Each customer is permitted to create and maintain only one Parke & Ronen Passport Rewards account. Points earned through the program are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The company will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Program or any consequences thereof. Parke & Ronen accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation, or termination, or in any other way relating to the Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
