In Store Pickup

In Store Pickup allows you to place your order online and pick up at our NYC boutique!

 

How It Works

Upon checkout, you have the option to select In Store Pickup.

Be sure to select "In Store Pickup" as the shipping method.

After selecting this option, choose your pick up date and the name and phone number of the person picking up.

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed. Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email before going to the store to pick up the order.

Processing of Order

After checkout, your order request is sent to Parke & Ronen to verify stock availability. YOUR CARD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED YET. You will receive an email regarding the status of your order. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Order Pickup

You'll receive the Ready for Pickup email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email before going to the store to pick up the order.

Your order will usually be available to pick up the following business day after your order is confirmed.

Business hours for pick up are: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please call ahead to confirm your pick up time.

Any orders placed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will begin processing the following business day. Orders must be picked up within 14 days after confirmation.

You must present a copy of your Ready for Pickup email and a valid photo ID to pick up your items. Please make sure that anyone picking up your order on your behalf has the Ready for Pickup email.

In-Stock Merchandise

Shop@parkeandronen.com will let you know in a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

Returns/ Exchanges

Our standard return/exchange policy applies to any In Store Pickup orders:

 Merchandise that is on SALE, PROMO, and/or DISCOUNT, merchandise that has been altered, washed, and/or worn; and merchandise belonging to any of the following categories: UNDERWEAR, LIFESTYLE, CANDLES, DIFFUSERS, GIFT SETS, and SKINCARE, are all FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES or RETURNS.

The 14-day return/exchange policy begins on your selected pick up date.
